ACCEPTANCE BY PROMPT SHIPMENT
Acceptance of this offer may be made by a prompt or immediate shipment of the goods. Prompt shipment shall mean shipment of the goods as specified within days from the date of receipt of the offer. Immediate shipment shall mean shipment on the date of receipt of the offer.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
